We exchange vehicles at our home in the Kansas City, MO metro area. We are about 25 minutes from the Kansas City international Airport. We will email you final pickup details and a map once we receive your signed lease and proof of insurance.
There are two ways to pickup or drop off your vehicle.
Unattended or Attended:
This will depend upon your preference and our schedule, so please specify which you prefer in advance and we will let you know if we can accomodate your choice.
Unattended exchanges will be done in the parking area just outside our gate and will utilize a lock box on the driver's side window. Your name and the unit number will be on the dash board on the driver's side as well. When you contact us a couple weeks in advance of your pickup we will give you the code to open the lock box. Remove the box from the window and store it in the glove box during your travels. Please do not try to change the code as the boxes can't be opened after this is attempted.
If you have prearranged for an attended exchange then ring the Missionary Motors intercom when you arrive at the gate and we will buzz you in.
The vehicle will be full of gas, we ask that you return it that way.
If you have any concerns about how the vehicle is performing please write them down and let us know before or when you drop it off. If it's worrisome send us an email and we can discuss whether the repair can be delayed until your return. We don't drive them so we depend upon each missionary's feedback to keep them running in top condition for the next missionary.
