This is a brief overview of the process of requesting and using one of our lease vehicles:
Missionaries will provide the necessary information as listed on the Contact Us, page along with confirmation of meeting the criteria for being like minded, and understanding the requirements of using a Missionary Motors vehicle.
We will do a reference check using this information, and upon favorable conclusion will pencil in a reservation as close to the requested dates as possible.
Once that reservation is confirmed, the reservation will be firm and no further communication is needed outside of any potential changes to the dates.
A few weeks prior to the pickup, the missionary will contact Missionary Motors to request the vehicle details to obtain insurance and complete the lease agreement.
Once we have the proof of insurance and signed lease in hand, we will provide the final details for the pickup and our emergency contact information. Electronic copies of the lease are preferred. Don't bother sending in the dollar, it's in the lease so that it's legally binding.
